Led practice is an opportunity to develop the skills required for establishing your own practice. Attending led practice is an ideal way to develop the discipline, tenacity and self enquiry that is required for personal practice. It moves students from a focus on instruction to an environment where they can refine their capacity for observation, integration and concentration. In these sessions the asana names are called with the practice leader demonstrating but not instructing.
Led practice sessions run during the 10-week term. Enrolment is essential and is available only to students who currently attend a course or those who attend regularly on an unlimited card. Please note that students who attend casual classes only cannot attend led practice. Students are expected to attend every week during term; there is no provision for make ups if a class is missed.

However, if you attend 2 course per term or if you have an unlimted card then there is no cost to attend Led Practice sessions.
